Gourmet Foodbrokers (GFB), founded in 1985, focuses on food service and deli sales throughout the Chicagoland area. Since inception, GFB has ranked as a prominent sales organization in the Chicago market.
GFB prides itself on its ability to establish minor food lines and as category leaders. GFB has built sales for its principals by:
- Implementing the sales and marketing programs agreed to with its principals
- Providing required operator work to increase sales through existing distribution
- Developing sales to and through new distributors
The two partners, Peter Kostopoulos and Bob Carlisle, have been with the company for more than 20 years.
